How the math works
Occupied room-nights (rooms × occupancy × 365) × your business-traveler share = business-guest nights. Multiply by daily discretionary F&B spend for the total pool. Your capture rate keeps some of it; the rest walks to the restaurant down the street. The scenario slider prices each captured point. Business travelers are the highest-frequency, least price-sensitive diners a property has — and the ones most likely to default to wherever friction is lowest. That is a design problem, not a demand problem. Our advisory practice and the Sales-Ready standard exist to fix it.
